GOVERNMENT OF INDIA WILL NOT "TOUCH" IT NOR GIVE A RUPEE TOWARDS ITS EXPENSE. WHAT A CONTRAST FROM GOVERNMENT OF ISRAEL THAT HAS CONSTRUCTED THE MOST COMPREHENSIVE HOLOCAUST MUSEUM IN JERUSALEM!
INDIA DOES NOT MENTION THE WORD "PARTITION" AND DOES NOT CONSIDER ANY MEMORIAL TO THE DEAD OF 1947 IS NECESSARY. THEY ARE ALSO TERRIFIED THAT IT MAY INFLAME THE MUSLIMS STILL LIVING IN PARTITIONED INDIA WHO COULD SET FIRE TO THE PRESIDENT'S HOUSE IF A HINDU HOLOCAUST MUSEUM WAS CONSTRUCTED ANYWHERE IN BHARAT. HENCE THE COWARDS CHOSE AMRITSAR IN SIKH MAJORITY STATE OF EAST PUNJAB BUT NOT AHMEDABAD OR LUCKNOW OR EVEN KOLKATA THAT ARE IN HINDU MAJORITY STATES.
These are very half-hearted steps being taken TOO late, when most victims with fresh memories & first hand experience have DIED. Now it's only 80+ who are still alive- so few!
SHAME on the despicable cowardly lot, proverbial Indian "coolies"!
And, WHEN will the traitors, given a say in the fate & destiny of hundreds of millions of people and the great country known as the sub continent, be NAMED & SHAMED?
Partition was NOT an act of nature, beyond human control like earthquake or Tsunami. It was brought about by a handful of traitors, crooks & cowards whose loyalty to India, the land of their birth, and her PEOPLE, was LESS than a dog's loyalty to his master.
They are known to all but yet remain BEYOND REPROOF & LAW! We see their statues and their names on roads, schools and stadiums all over India, including a university in the capital, to our disgust!
It is safer to abuse Hitler, even God, but not these "rats" who reduced India drastically in territory, and ruined her defence potential, leaving the nation BITTERLY DIVIDED on communal lines with the devastating civil war, or foreign invasion, imminent!
Those, who were murdered, raped and forced out of their homes, were our own ANCESTORS. It all happened in the middle of 20th century after World War 2 ended with the victory of democracy & secularism, not in the savage Middle Ages! But the President of India has yet to unveil a grand MEMORIAL to their memory right in front of his own "Bhawan" in the capital! WHY AMRITSAR?
In fact, HALF OF HIS OWN "BHAWAN" should be turned into "HINDU HOLOCAUST MUSEUM"!
The figures are colossal: TWO MILLION DEAD & 15 MILLION REFUGEES, tens of thousands of Hindu/Sikh girls and women (our nation's HONOUR & PRIDE) degraded, raped & insulted- many killed or CONVERTED to the violent, crude and "wahayaat" ideology of the desert, with the loss of land (half the size of Europe) and property (running into TRILLIONS of dollars!)- all dumped by the successive GOVERNMENTS OF INDIA since Partition!
Even after the attack on PEARL HARBOUR and on WTC TOWERS IN NEW YORK, the United States did not lose an inch of territory. Now look at India: The ISLAMIC attack in 1947 took away ONE THIRD OF INDIA, and in perpetuity!
Any comprehension of the magnitude of India's IRREPARABLE LOSS at "Partition" (that is, the worst ever unconditional surrender in history!)?
Real Holocaust Museum is the one in JERUSALEM with the full & bold backing of the GOVERNMENT & STATE of Israel.
Those in Bharat, planning this "eye wash" affair, should go to Jerusalem and see it with their own eyes. Its visit is mandatory for every Head of State visiting Israel. And yet the Rashtrapati and the Pradhan Mantri did not return home much impressed!
