Sir, this may be the MILLIONTH time for us to hear of Hindu BRIDE Muslim GROOM. Girls being the HONOUR of family and the DIGNITY of a nation, such news coming so FREQUENTLY have IMPLICATIONS, some of which we would like to spell out clearly in black & white for the President, the prime minister, the cabinet, the parliament and the Opposition in India.
1. If UNCHECKED or IGNORED repeatedly the HINDUS appear to the rest of the world as a very COWARDLY & SELFISH people with little self esteem and the ability to ”relate” to fellow Hindus and RETALIATE in a manly manner. In the eyes of the whole world It lowers our image, especially across the Muslim world.
2. DEMORALISATION sets in among the peers of this forcibly abducted girl and they all may become RESIGNED to the next Mohammed’s attack.
3. The male members of the wretched girl, who is FORCED to leave her civilised way of life for the savage and crude culture from the deserts of Arabia, feel so terrified that they do not go out to snatch the girl back or KILL the perpetrator IF courts and the RULING establishment (government machinery) do not take any action.
It is estimated that only FIVE assassinations of the RASCALS who keep own girls behind seven veils but dare to go out to abduct NON MUSLIM females, will put an end to this barbaric custom that is going on for CENTURIES. On our side (among the Hindus), too, the FEAR of being killed is so EFFECTIVE that no Hindu, Christian, Jew, atheist or Sikh male dares to even “touch” a Musalmaanee.
4. Children produced in such MIXED marriages are, invariably, brought up as Muslims in their culture of DESERT. Eventually they mean a huge LOSS to the civilised world. It often leads to the most ironic and tragic consequences. Please RECALL “PARTITION” and see how the Muslims killed, abducted, raped and mutilated HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS (some estimates put the figure of Hindus KILLED at TWO MILLION). None of them had come with an invading army from Afghanistan, Iran, Turkey or Saudi ARABIA. They were all the offspring of the previously abducted, degraded and raped HINDU girls!

Location: Near Chalash Chowrasta half kilometers away from Dhanbari police station –Tangail District.
3. Alleged perpetrator(s):
1)Md. Zia (28) son of Late Rezaul Karim 2) Md. Yeahia (25) son of Rezaul Karim, 3) Ms.Peyara Begum (50).
4. Legal status: The father –Upen Chandra Ghosh lodged First information Report (FIR) at Dhanbari PS against above three perepetrators 1) Md. Zia, 2) Mohammad Yeahia, 3) Ms.Peara Begum ( being Dhanbari PS. Case No.05/92 dated 17.10.2015 under section 7/30 of Women and Children Repression Act,2003. Police could not recover the victim girl nor they arrested perpetrators.. Date of investigation : 18th September,2015
5. Case Summary
The victim is a student of Ananda Mohan College at Mymensingh Sadar of final year. While Kamona was going to repair golden ornaments at Dhanbari Market,Tangail on 06.10.2015 at about 9.30 a.m. from her house Paiska Bazar within the same union, perpetrators with bad intention kidnapped the victim girl for forcdful conversion to Islam. Perpetrators obtained marriage documents on 28.12.2011 illegally practising fraud before abduction of victim which is ridiculous & anti-dated.
6. Action taken:
Adv. Rabindra Ghosh, along with Tapan Kumar Pandey, Salam Newaz Leo, Abdul Zabbar of Bangladesh Minority Watch (BDMW) at about 4.30 p.m. visited the spot, met with legal guardian of the victim. We also visited Officer in charge of Dhanbari police station, talked with Md. Mazibur Rahman-Officer in charge. He made us to understand the victim made an affidavit before the Notary public on 28.12.2011 that she has been converted to Islam denouncing Hinduism. BDMW obseverd and scrutinized the documents handed over to us that the victim was kidnaped on 06.10.2015 but the conversion papers and documents were prepared and signed on 28.12.2011 which mght be manufacted fabricated documents.

Recommendations: -
Bangladesh Minority Watch is very much concerned about abduction and forceful conversion of Hindu girl to Islam on the following grounds: -
1) The victim should be traced out for producing before the court for justification.
2) The perpetrators should be brought to book as per law of the land.
3) The responsible perpetrators should be arrested soon.
4) The Minority girls should be protected and the so-called anti-dated marriage should be revoked and verified.
