THE INDIANS are mighty worried about the "rat" called Rajiv Khan who was raised sky high because he imported his spouse from Europe to a country (Partitioned India) where the natives consider themselves INFERIOR to ITALIANS. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\ But no one seems to be worried about the DEATH of Lahore, Multan, Karachi, N. Kashmir and W. Bengal, \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ Lahore is the eternal heart of Punjab and the Daughter of Hindusthan. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\ The reason for our continued slavery is our lopsided priorities. \\\\\\\\\\\\\ ====== In a message dated 24/05/2011 10:28:33 GMT Standard Time, \\\\\\\\\\\\\.com writes: Conspiracy angle behind Rajiv Gandhi Killing is required to be further investigated. According to a news item Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Dr. J. Jayalalithaa maintained that DMK was indirectly behind the assassination of former prime minister Rajiv Gandhi. Whereas, according to Janta Party President Dr. Subramanium Swami, proximity between DMK and Smt. Sonia Gandhi also raises the questions. Therefore, criminal conspiracy angle behind the Rajiv Gandhi killing is required to be further investigated. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ DMK indirectly behind Rajiv's killing: Jaya CNN-IBN\\\\\\\\\\\\ Updated May 24, 2011 at 12:22pm IST: http://ibnlive.in.com/news/dmk-indirectly-behind-rajivs-killing-jaya/153885-37.html Chennai: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa on Tuesday said that she has always maintained that DMK was indirectly behind the assassination of former prime minister Rajiv Gandhi. She said that she has always lived under death threats while referring to the claims made by Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam's (LTTE) former international arms procurer and V Prabhakaran's right hand man, Kumaran Pathmanathan, that if the LTTE had a chance they would have killed her. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ "I have been living with that death threat since 1991. And our charge has been that DMK has been involved in the assassination in an indirect way," said the AIADMK chief while addressing her first press conference in Chennai after taking over as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. She revealed that followed the AIADMK alliance's massive victory in Tamil Nadu Assembly election she received a call from Congress President Sonia Gandhi, who congratulated her on the win. "After my victory, Mrs Gandhi spoke to me and congratulated me on the victory," she said. Commenting on the 2G spectrum scam case Jayalalithaa said that people's faith in judicial system has been restored following the arrest of some DMK leaders and top corporate executives. "Finally the law is taking its course and people's faith in judicial system has been restored. The recent legal action in 2G has restored people's faith in the judiciary," she said Taking a dig at the DMK and Kanimozhi, who has been arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Jayalalithaa said that she (Kanimozhi) should not expect any special treatment because she is woman \\\\\\\\\\\\ "In politics you cannot expect any concession to be shown because you are a woman. Similarly when criminal aspects are concerned you cannot expect leniency because you are a woman," the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister said. \\\\\\\\\\\\\ According to Dr. Subramanium Swami the Maino family contacted with LTTE to kill Rajiv Gandhi. LTTE is always supported by DMK. some extracts from his statement from the website is as under:- \\\\\\\\\\\\\\ "There is a string of circumstantial evidence pointing to the prima facie possibility that the Maino family may have contracted with the LTTE to kill Rajiv Gandhi. The family may have assured the LTTE that nothing would happen to them because they would ensure it is blamed on the Sikhs or the evidence so much fudged that no court would convict them[ the LTTE intercepted transcripts show this expectation of the LTTE]. But D.R. Karthikeyan of the CBI who led the SIT investigation got the support of Narasimha Rao, cracked the case, and succeeded in getting the LTTE convicted in the trial court, which conviction was upheld by the Supreme Court in 1999." "Although on the involvement of some members of the Congress Party in the assassination, DRK soft peddled it ignoring a number of leads perhaps because he did not want political controversy to put road blocks on his investigation as a whole." "The Justice J. S. Verma Commission, which was set up as the last official act of the Chandrashekhar government before demitting office on June 21, 1991, did find that the Congress leaders had disrupted the security arrangements for the Sriperumbudur meeting. The Commission wanted further probe into it but the Rao government rejected that demand. In the meantime under Sonia’s pressure, the Jain Commission was set up by the Rao government, which tried to muddy the waters and thus exonerate the LTTE. But the trial court judgment convicting the LTTE came earlier than the Commission could conclude, and that sinister effort therefore too failed." "Nowadays, Sonia is quite unabashed in having political alliance with those who like MDMK, PMK, and DMK praise Rajiv Gandhi’s killers. No Indian widow would ever do that. Such circumstances are many, and raise a doubt. My investigations into Sonia’s involvement in Rajiv’s assassination is therefore necessary. I am also author of a best seller titled Assassination Of Rajiv Gandhi—Unasked Questions and Unanswered Queries[published by Konark in 2000] in which I have given some indications of this possible conspiracy." \\\\\\\\\\\\ To see the entire statement of Dr. Subramanium Sawmi please visit Website of JantaParty.org:- http://janataparty.org/soniaisthemodern.html \\\\\\\\\\\ Top LTTE leader apologizes to India for Rajiv's killing PTI | May 24, 2011, 11.10am IST NEW DELHI: A top LTTE leader Kumaran Pathmanathan has apologised to India for V Prabhakaran's "mistake" of killing former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi. \\\\\\\\\\ He said Rajiv's assassination was "well planned and done actually with Prabhakaran and (LTTE intelligence chief Pottu Amman).
